No there is NO quick scoping in Battlefield, so it's automatically better lol. I was amazed by the destruction of the buildings when they were getting shot at, and the building crashing down when he shot the missile at it. Even the missiles smoke trail was amazing. Battlefield 3 will be so much better than Crysis 2 I think.
