I looked at New Vegas as Mr. House and the NCR are the good guys, and Yes Man and the Legion were the bad guys. (Not together, good and bad on a completely different level.)

Yes Man wasn't necessarily a bad guy, but taking his side instead of Mr. House's was more of the 'bad thing' to do.

Was the entire plot of Fallout 3 trying to find your dad? I never got to finishing it. And the Brotherhood aren't even in New Vegas that long, I did one deed for them and never saw them again.
