That's a good question. I don't think you can do that, but it would nice to ask that on the PDN forums.

What do you mean? Do you want to paste and image as a new layer, or paste it onto the same layer?

I didn't need a plugin. It came with version 3.36.

If you want to outline text in PDN, go to Effects; Object; Outline Object. Be sure that you select the text before outlining, otherwise PDN will outline everything.

I think it will come out with Peace Walker or Rising, because I heard it might be bundled with Rising.

Yeah, it's an interesting read. Although, for MGS1, I prefer Hideo Kojima's version in MGS2.. :P.
