Heard your computer fucked up, Dell make shitty computers, I have a Toshiba Windows 7 and it only crashed once and then my dad did a system restore and it fixed things right up, Maybe you might need to restore it to a point before it crashed. Apple sucks completely with or without Steve Jobs btw lol.
