Should the Name Be Changed?

A few people have addressed their concerns that the name is silly and does not inspire confidence in our event. It has also come to my attention during these conversations that "kick-start" is a phrase rarely used outside of the US. So with that in mind, can any of you come up with a better name for the group? I'm not against changing the name, it was just the best we were able to come up with. Any ideas?

How about Inspire? Or Aspire? Both happen to be organizations in my city about taking your talents to the next level.
