I think Ultra64 is underated, and I agree with Qwerty that Tat76 needs more attention. You should really look at his latest boxes.

Among Underrated artists I've found
Venomscurse -His later work is real impressive.
Reytime -This guy is an amazing author and only has two Hofs to show for it.
Villainster -Not sure if he left us in 08' but everything of his is clean, and fav worthy.
