Okay that sounds possible. I'm pretty decent at 3Ding boxes. By collector's edition what exactly do you mean? If you want I could try my hand at making special edition template by using the original template and do some editing.

i was Thinking of Trying to Create that 3D SNES Box Style.
but i'm not good at the 3D thing. and yeah, the Renders of Dissidia could be Used.
Also, i was Wondering if we Could create the Box as a Collectors kinda thing?

That's all i could find for FF6 Dissidia renders. As for the template I'm guessing you want to use the traditional SNES template? I'll keep my eye out for other useful resources there might be.
