WiiSpeak Priced

I don't know if you guys know already, but I just want to clarify.

According to Nintendo Power, WiiSpeak will be $29.99, and it will not be bundled with Animal Crossing City Folk, which is guaranteed to be at full price of $50.

It's just Nintendo ripping us off again. They even haven't announced their Player's Choice lineup for the DS and Wii, and some of the games need a price cut, especially Excite Truck, Twilight Princess, Super Mario 64 DS, and Mario Kart DS which i still hear they are at full price.

I think it is too expensive, I'm not paying $30 for a USB microphone.

I'll go look for Animal Crosing on Game or EBGame, I got some games to trade in, but I'll buy the mic if it comes more games complible to it.

It'd only be ripping us off if we bought that trash. I agree with the ripping off part, which is why I'm not buying it, simple as that, but I'm not going to let those few mistakes steer me away from the Wii.

30 USD = 190 SEK (Nintendo)
249-549 SEK = 38-85 USD (Microsoft)

I'm keeping my Wii. I still enjoy the games that are already here (Metriod Prime 3, Mario Galaxy, etc).

Plus I have my eyes on Mad World and Disaster. I'm not really one to let go of $250 + games investments that easily :/

This really sucks. I've been trying to get my hands on Twilight Princess for ages and they're still selling it for £40. Bollocks. Not only will the Wii Speak be really crappy (I have 3 noisy sisters, and my Wii's in the living room... I don't wanna have them screaming down the microphone while i'm trying to talk to you guys... and City Folk doesn't look much different from the DS game, literally. The only Wii games I plan on buying within the next 6-8 months are Mad World (comes out on my birthday :D) and The Conduit, the latter will hopefully make use of the Wii Speak..

We are going to do a limited edition bundle with Animal Crossing that will run for $59.99 and will come out on the 16th as well.

Nerdysimmer. How the hell are they trying to rip us off. All the things they have done has saved us money. Wii wheel came with mario kart wii. Plus with like every single game you can play with your gamecube controller so you wont have to buy a wii-remote.
