Oh I dont design for the club, I work at ticket office at the stadium selling tickets and getting paid to watch free games ^.^

Looks cool.. but unfinished.
I'd make the bright thing less bright and add more particle FX and maybe some glow strokes (http://www.cheb.com.au/wicked-photoshop-glow-lighting-effect-pen-tool-introduction/) to finish it off. ;)
Oh, and choose a better font that fits the theme.

I'm assuming you were open to crits... :S
