So, who here's a fan of the greatest sim game ever created? (yeah, better than Sims, srsly)

I mainly play Tycoon 2, best in the series IMO. Tycoon 1 was great but there was no Sandbox Mode (you couldnt build your own park from scratch) and you always had a spending limit. I like to just go on Sandbox, build a gargantuan-sized park and put all the money limits to Infinite, so it's basically do whatever the hell you want :D I didn't like Tycoon 3 because of the stupid new interface and how it's not isometric view anymore, but the paths, rides and stuff can only be placed in an isometric way, it was all too much for me since they had hardly any returning rides and the coaster cam really sucked. Tycoon 2 will always remain my favourite sim game of all time, but I'm sure you guys have different views on the series. I hope Chris Sawyer makes a game for the DS that uses the good ol' Isometric view again :)

I used to love those games! I think i have Rollercoaster Tycoon somewhere in my living room.

My favorite is #3.

I've seen some AMAZING parks made with it (Ocarina of Time park > anything you could ever hope to make).

I made an awesome Mario Kart inspired park before i got t new computer. It was just courses made with scenery and i used the 'james hunt' cheat to get the buggy.

I have to agree, I loved 2. 3, I bought but never got around to playing.
I also loved the Wacky Worlds add-on. :)

I think Zoo Tycoon is more fun but i enjoy both games. The worst sims game would be Sim Park on the PC.

And yeah, RCT2 was the best. RCT3 was horrific.

I liked RCT3. It was fun, probably my favorite but number 2 in a close second.

I had RollerCoaster Tycoon 2 a long time ago, and bought it after playing the first game at school. I played it until I lost the disc for it. I then found it, but it was cracked, making it unplayable. I was so pissed back then. I'm planning on re-buying it, along with the Expansion Packs. Is there some kind of complete collection edition for RCT2?

I think there is that Rollercoaster Tycoon 2 Triple Thrill Pack, costs only a few bucks i think.
