A Gears of War movie is alredy in works to comeout in 2009 and it directed by Len Wiseman (Underworld, Live Free or Die Hard).

Basically this move would come out in 2009. It would feature Michael Bay as the director and would feature Ron Jeremy as Mario, Al Pacino (cause he's eye-talian duh!) as Luigi, and Charlize Theron as Peach. Oh yea, and Jack Black as Bowser.

The plot would be Bowser would kidnap Peach, then Mario and Luigi would have to save her. But there's a twist:Mario and Luigi will be aide with lots of guns and exploding mushrooms, so they can be better then the bad guys. The bad guys (mainly Goombas and Koopas) would all be played by Argentinian midgets who are getting paid $3.04 to play the role EACH. Anyways, Mario and Luigi would storm Bowser's castle, and would finally kill him by shooting him and throwing him in hot lava. Did I mention the movie was rated R for Strong Language, Brutal Violence, Drugs, and Sexual Content. But there's one more twist:right before Mario kills Bowser, Bowser throws a shell at Mario, and Luigi jumps in front of it, sacrificing himself. The movie ends with a scene at the funeral of Luigi, and Mario says he will devote his life to protecting everyone.

The movie will spawn many sequels, like:

Mario:Revenge of a Plumber (2011)
Mario:Return of Bowser (2014)
Mario:The Final Fight (2016)

These movies will all feature Michael Bay as the director, and will feature the same cast (except for Luigi, 'cause he dies, ya know)

Problems are..
They would focus way too much on politics and civilians in WIC.. I want to see EPIC, REALISTIC battles.

Prey is set in an extremely alien world for the majority of the game, which would be confusing to watch as there isn't much sense of direction. Also there are not that many major events.

Kane & Lynch wouldn't have many problems, this game screams movie, but they would ruin it by straying from the game and most likely getting bad actors.
