View Full Version : What are you doing on 11/7 (emergance day)????

you know the day Gears of war is coming out. I accidentally missed an orthodonist appointment and my mom rescheduled it for 11/7 AND the place is down the street from curcuit city where im getting GOW (how conveinent ;) )
so my mom might let me stay home from skewl to play the game all day!!!! plus their are other things coming out like COD3 and project 8. so what are you people doing on emergance day???

I wish i can get it but i don't have a 360 . I hop they realse a P.C Version .
So on 11/7/06 i will be sleeping in becusce i don't have school that day . Then i will be working on my next boxart .
I will also Play other games such as Oamki and Budokai Tenkachi 2 .

well, i'm friends with the staff at my local game crazy, and they're gonna close down the store and play from like, 11 AM to 1PM.
Oh, and I'm invited :D
My 360 still can't play disks without sctratching them, so i can't actually rent or buy GoW till the end of this month :mad:

Lucky for you, unfortunately I was unable to reserve a copy so I will probably go to Walmart or something in hopes of finding this fantastic game.

I'm not going to school that day and i'll go with my sister to the mall(she owns a store) and i'll go to the EB Games next to her store and buy GoW, and CoD3. Then ill go home play those games on Xbox Live with my friends.

no way dude, ketchup waffles are better. ego waffles taste bad >_<
plus, you just can't go wrong with ketchup.

actually yes you can go wrong with it.
I was once told a story of a girl who ate everything with ketchup.... birthday cake, ice cream, green beans, donuts, potato chips, peanut butter jelly and ketchup sandwhich, ham, M&M's, and even her tacos :eek:

i would spend my 60 bucks on sesamie seed bagels. I would go to Costco and buy 1,000 bagels and then i would never have to worry about buying food. oh, and cream cheese, just can't forget the cream cheese. and ketchup. because you CAN'T go wrong with ketchup. if that girl ate everything with ketchup, than that means she LIKED ketchup, meaning you CANNOT go wrong with ketchup. So, that was an unrelated story...:)

When I went to iHOP to get breakfast. (HOP-House of Pancakes....even though I got Waffles. :p )

Have you ever tried Pasta bake? it's a lot more nicer than you would expect from such a simple dish, should try it out if you like Sesamie Seeds, has the same oily, crispy taste.

On 11/7, I'll still be waiting for Gears of War and Call of Duty 3 because my local GameStop puts out new releases on Wednesday.
Here's the game plan on 11/8:
- Go to GameStop after school.
- Rush in and grab Gears of War (I'm paranoid, okay!)
- Ask for Call of Duty 3 and flash the bills.
- Also whip out $25 to pre-order Halo 3: Legendary Edition.
- Scream, "This is the best day of my life!", and then do a backflip out the door.
P.S.: I'm not sure how exactly I'll do the backflip; I might get my feet caught in the door's bar or something. I'll manage a way...
...I'm not crazy.

1. Goears of War
2. Call of Duty 3
3. Tony Hawk's Project 8
4. doctors appointment for me
5. elections
6. and a test for school

"Emergence Day" isint the 7th. "Emergence Day" is the 12th. On the 12th events will happen on Xbox Live, you can play with Cliffy B, Megadeath, and you'll be able to win some stuff. But, nothing's happening on the 7th. Its the shipment date, most GameStop's/EBGames will have it on the 8th. But places like Best Buy, Circuit City, ect will have it by the 12th. If your EXTREAMLY lucky, you'll find it on the 7th at your GameStop.
