Not real, the pic of new Zelda was a poster inserted from 2005 from more than a year ago but the logo was badly cut off at the top because Gamestop couldn’t edit it properly, that’s why their mock up is low res to hide the minor technical flaws aswell, its not official. Makers Nintendo would not make a year old poster the official box. Basic photo shopping could do that.

The hi-res version of the temp you used was made by user Dead Pixels and is based on Gamestop mock up, which is resized would be super blocky so that’s not the one you’re using, the wrap and plaster details are exactly the same so yeah he did make it give him credit, its not a death threat.

like EG said, it's not the offical one. I suggust you make your own, untill Nintendo Announced the offical one. (Which I think will be soon)
