I'd change it from E10 to E for Everyone, because if I remember corectly,
Banjo-Kazooie was E

& Banjo-Pilot was E

They didn't have the E10+ rating when those games were out.

Erm...it's obvious you copy/pasted the background over and over on the front.
Here's some tips for that:

DON'T select a part on the edge to copy
Make sure it has a nice balance of colors
Put your feather-edges at at least 30-50
After you're done copy/pasting them everywhere, come back and select parts and paste them in other places. This will make it look more random and realistic.

The backgroung blurry, Banjo and Kazooie are choppy, and the logo doesnt completely fit on the spine. And i basically agree with what shadow said.
