Yes, and the characters are odd placed, and the nintendo logo isn't in the middle of the star wars logo, which would look better.

The Lightsabre is maybe a little bit bent but considering you edited it all yourself, I think it looks pretty damn fine! You should add more characters though, maybe Samus like someone said?

Sorry but please dont accuse people of stealing other peoples work without proof or evidence. Someone once did that to me about my Super Sonic Galaxy logo and I know it feels very downgrading especially when you put so much effort into a piece of work and people dont even believe its yours.
