Nintendo DS full template (spine and all)?

Hey, well, i'm planning on making my first full DS box art. But i can't find all the necessary material.:(
i was wondering if anybody could help me out. It would be greatly appreciated if anybody could supply a template that incuded the spine along with it :o
Any help would be great :)
