so guys, i thought my own game again, its called morrow, (morrow means what is to come in the future, normally near future)...its based around 2050 A.D., and humans decide to colonize on a different planet in a different solar system, and some unexpected things happen, and lets just say we have to blast some bullets out of their shells....anyway, here it is so far, any suggestions would be awesome

thats an awsome idea, and the box looks great. my only suggestions would be to make the "morrow" logo a little less bland, and to make the sony logo smaller.

Cool name, I think you should change the logo so it's more unique like more spaced out and put a background otherwise it looks cheap.

the planet in the pic is the planet that we inhabit...(it is full of craters and what not, or wat we THINK are craters) and it is quite similar to earth atmosphere wise, but we do not realize that there are biological creatures that live under ground while the 2 year eclipse is going on. We live fine on planet Morrow for about a year, until the 2 year eclipse is over, and the nightmarish creatures emerge. Keep in mind, these creatures have been underground for quite some time, and they didnt each much while they were hibernating, and now all of the sudden, there are millions of humans roaming their land where they were once dominant. These creatures are about 12 feet tall, and have 3 legs (2 in front to walk and pick up things, and 1 in back above the anus for balance)...they have a little bit of purple hair on their arms, and have unexplainable faces. They will not go down without a fight. The thing i love about this game is that WE are aliens, and the creatures we are fighting are not bad guys, cuz they didnt do anything wrong.

and if you’re using a decent program select the back planet’s layer underneath the logo and use a brush with an transparent lite ‘oplicity’ of about 64 and put a stroke of whiteness under the logo to make it shine, I would change the font so its less common but not too quirky still an improvement though.

You could always download the Photoshop CS2 30 day trail....thats what i did. And i think you can uninstall it and reinstall it if you need another 30 days to save your money.

Also i couldnt see that last image, can you post it embedded into the forums (click the image icon *mountain with sun* and then just put that same URL into that box). Anyways the boxart needs 3 things to make it great.

1) You talked alot about the eclipse....show that

2) Use a unique text (i guess you did, but i cant see it) and give it a little bit of emboss and texture and it would look great.

3) You seem to have alot of this thought out.....so do a the back of the box and explain the game.

If you could do all that, then it would be a 10/10.

Go there to download the trial version of CS2 for windows. You might have to register first (its free).

Anyways that text is great, but like i said when you download CS2 add some effects to it. Or maybe even creat a logo that shows the whole eclipse thing behind it.

hey, im downloadin photoshop as we speak, but i just wanna throw out more facts about morrow. you know how in most movies and games bout aliens, they are invading OUR planet. well, in morrow, its the complete opposite. we are actually the bad guys, but we dont know it. im gonna laeve room for "tomorrow" or as u would like to call it "morrow 2"

Hey i have an idea for your boxart. With the word Morrow you should change it to verticly and then wrap it so it goes with the contour on the planet on the left.

the logos for morrow, 2morrow, and after 2morrow are emf files, and cannot be uploaded on imageshack, so if any1 would like to see them, or would also like to see wat the creautres from morrow look like, send me ur email address in a private message so no1 else sees it, and u dont get random emails from random people

You cant save them as a differnt file using photoshop.....or if worst comes to worse you can take "print screens" of them and open them via paint and save it as a JPEG.

Anyways, i think the 3rd one should have a 3 in it. So go with "3morrow" or "Morrow3". At least that is my opinion.

Yes, if your using CS2 like you said. Click on the layer with "2morrow". Then double click the picture of it in the layer box. Go to click on bevel and emboss and play around with those settings to get something 3dish. Also i reccomend clicking the texture (second tab under bevel) and playing around with that too.

This sounds like a very good Idea, but I noticed 1 problem: It says on your box that its made by bungie. You should probaly think up a name for a videogame company and make a logo for it, then put it on your box. That would be better.
