Absolutely no joke whatsoever. WoW is a damn drug and is wayyy unbalanced. Guild Wars at least requires some skill. Not "OMG CDs done /spam SS!!?!?!?111"<--(rogues). At least in GW any class can beat the other, not the unbalanced hunter+rogue+warlock>all other class>poop>shammys>bush>pallys.

Yea but thats the fun of it, coming up with power teams to defeat that kind of group. Plus Guild Wars is instinced wild?!?! I fucking HATED that. I loved Ninja L00ting xDD

i don't have ALOT of online games, so i'll make a top 5.

1- Ragnarok Online ---most definetly a great experience, allthough the graphics lack a bit.

2- Lineage 2 --- gives a great middle-age-vibe.Also ALOT of fun.

3- Guitar hero 3 --- just really fun to beat someone on expert, while smelling potato chips and your half-empty can of coke. [oh, don't forget the sweat for trying to nail that difficult solo... ]

4- Rising force online --- quite possible a majorly underrated game, with a nice, but weird storyline, and great war-capabilities.

5- Runescape --- allthough the game sucked,[MAJORLY!] i had a great time playing it, at the time.Most likely because my friends played it...
I most certainly regret it now,though.

Return to Castle Wolfenstien: Enemy Territory (I have never had more fun on ANY video game that was online, and maybe even FPS in general. And it's free.)

Im not really an online gamer, the single player portions will always be the main reason i play a game. I dont even know if i've played 10 games online, but the halo games in general are my favorite games to play online.

I don't play many multi-player games, although most recently I've had more fun with NFS: Hot Pursuit than most other games online. LittleBigPlanet can be entertaining as well, though I don't know many people who play it. Halo: Reach's multi-player was the only decent thing to I could find about the title, mainly due to it's variety of game modes in addition to the generic, boredom-creating Team Slayer.

So, I'd probably say the best online games I've played recently are NFS: Hot Pursuit, LittleBigPlanet, and Halo: Reach.

I'd give a top 10 if I could, but I don't think I can.

Agreed. Its so damn awesome, but the soundtrack is bad. Luckily you can change it though, I bought the entire NFS: Most Wanted soundtrack, ripped it and added it. Sounds much better now.
