Will he overcome his fear of milk? in the left corner, it's xIAMHUNTERx!!!!! and in the right corner, most would say best boxartist in the world today, the great, the powerful, the almighty, Ladykiller!!!!!! I'm gonna vote teh Bioshock box. It's über-awesome. LK's box is über-awesome too but the Bioshock box is more über. Great job both of you!

In Ladykiller's box, i love the mix of colors and both sides are great.
In xIAMHUNTERx's box, it just looks so oficial and every single part of the box looks like he put 100% into it (not that LK didn't)

My final decision is xIAMHUNTERx

Im gonna have to vote for LK's cause the back of Hunters box is very plain. LK's has a really good even flow, although the character on the front seems like he's just floating. Hunters has a looks great but because the lack of material on the back I have to vote for LK

Darn... two excellent boxes and just about impossible to separate.

LadyKiller's DMC4 --- I've already commented in the main site... great use of colour on the front... especially the ladies ;) Back is neat with all the little touches added like the website borders and icons.. and the whole thing looks like a retail box.

xIAMHUNTERx's Bioshock --- I have to agree, that green 'mix' is just real cool -- the front is simple but really effective inc. the 2K logo blending. And extra marks for doing a good spine which LK's box doesn't have. Back is neat too.

However... who to choose?
LK's -- apart from no spine is near perfect as a retail-looking cover.... but I xIAM's is not quite up there. The over-lapping screen shots is not to my taste (people WANT to see screenshots) especially with all the space on the right of it. Plus, the one thing that puts me to vote for LadyKiller's is there's NO logos on the back of the box -- there should be the 2K logo and Irrational Games logo too.

So... my vote -- LadyKiller's DMC4

As for the screenshots, I agree. In a perfect world, they wouldn't have been clumped together. But if I spread them out, the lamplighter render would have had to be a lot smaller, and wouldn't have looked as good as a result.

I guess you could have rearranged it a bit. ie. have the lamplighter render higher up... then your description would be in a taller column instead to the left of it.. leaving your screen shots across the bottom.. still overlapping, but only a little ;) The company logos could be put just above the Rating box (reduced a little)... they don't have to be big, as long as they are there ;)

But as I said both boxes are great... if it wasn't for these small niggles, I would probably have voted for you... so it was pretty tight! ;)

I want to see LK lose too, just once...as I'm sure the others also wanna see that.

But I can't deny the fact that LK's box is easily superior to xIAMHUNTERx's box. The colors, design, and pretty much everything is better. Plus, I don't like how xIAMHUNTERx's back has that dull empty spot there.

LK's box is awesome as you'd expect and Hunter's box is sweet. I prefer the exciting and grand design of LK's box and that he did more to fill up space. It feels a lot more whole than Hunter's box.

Sorry Hunter i love your box and i told you that already but LK has a great box. The only thing i like more on his box is the logo and the backgrounds seems to more going on and the screen shots are used in a cool way with Dante (Dogs name) coming over them and i agree with E_G. All together its a very close match but i choose LadyKiller.

I vote for Ladykiller, his box is pretty much perfection at its finest, with its great desig and collaborative use of color and style. Hunters is nice, but the barley readbale back text and the aweful screenshot placement ruin the overall box quality. i personally think this was a mismatch (dare i say it) and anyone who voted/votes for hunters box is clearly blin or doesnt have an eye for design and easily impressed by simple non-original un-inspiring things. (no offense)

Ladykiller's : Awesome as all of his boxes. I can't really see any flaw, except the black text, this one is a bit hard to see in some way. And the front is especially gooooood :p

Hunter's : That's great, probably your best. Nothing to say about the front, good job. But the back seems a little plain. Maybe with bigger screens.

Hm... I thought it over, and I think I'm gonna have to go with xIAMHUNTERx. It has a great color scheme, and everything flows together perfectly, right down to the 2K logo. When I first saw it on the main page, I spent years (not really) trying to figure out who it was by, and I couldn't. When I scrolled down, I was suprised to say the least. Hunter's truly outdone himself. And I don't see a problem with that "empty space" on the back.

Ladykiller's is pwnage as always, but I'm going to go with xIAMHUNTERx.

well they're both great that's for sure. But ladyKiller's box is simply stunning, and very original and unique design of the characters in the front. The whole box is just excellent and more professional.

xiamhunterx's box is good too, but feels very mediocre when compared to ladykiller's box. I vote for ladykiller.
