New users can now only submit 1 box/day

Users who have been registered for less than a week can now only post 1 box per day.

This has been implemented for a number of reasons, but namely to help limit flooding by over zealous newcomers or those who join just to cause trouble.

Ok I’m ever so happy, good idea Stackitell, with the new rule, it prevents trolls form maximizing their goals aswell ^^.

I'm i the only one that has noticed a huge improvment on the site. More people then i thought are using the critiques section. And with the new 1 a day rule the site has few boxes, but at better quality.

Hell, i submitted a box and then almost exactly 24 hours after that i submitted another and they were both on the front page. That has never happened since ive been here.

So i just want to say good job Reed, and i think we should all thank him for everything he has done lately.
