Competitions? Where?

i know some people may take this as a sort of whining thread but i am just speaking my opinion. first, earlier last *wink* year a contest known as the VGBoxart Fall Contest was abandoned by host sockeymeow, and people were mad. and now, Winterfest is going on and the deadline for round 2 was december 20, exactly 13 days ago, whch would be anough time to start round 3. nerdy has been on to post one box and comment on forums througout that time. i am just wondering if they are ever going to be posted, and combined round? is combining contestants from losers rounds and regular rounds?

I know, it feels exactly the same as '07. I expected that we'd all of a sudden have flying cars and have George Washington's head on a robot body. :P

I'm terribly sorry about the loooooooooooong delay. I was thinking about giving up because so many people have left the competition. I was in distress, knew nothing of what to do.

I don't want to abandon WinterFest, but many people have left the competition, and I know for a fact that waiting 13 days to make a decision was a horrible. I'm sorry I haven't posted any rounds, there are just so few people left in the competition, and hosting it during Winter Break was a horrible idea. :(

I'll start posting the rounds for all who are remaining...

There's no reason for regrets and mistakes need to be learnt from. I feel you should continue the competition to the last man standing regardless of the forfeits, these competitions have had a ton of forfeits so it was natural.

He did give it to me.

Well....he only gave me the rules thus far. He hasn't given me the boxes yet. Apparently, I have no idea who's still in the contest and who's not. Who still has yet to finish their matches etc etc. So screw it.

I'm taking the initiative to get the boxes from the remaining contestants now and I'll set up and drive the contest forward to its conclusion. I'll be posting it soon. I've been waiting for the boxes for a week now and still nothing :(

Okay, just wondering. I was liek, "Is it over?" And wanted to know what's going on. But what YB said, we can sned you our boxes again (or we can link the the front page cuz min just got Hall of Fame!!!) :D
