This is my gift to you. I have gathered a collection of templates with fronts, spines, and backs for all current-gen home systems, all last-gen home systems, and all current-gen portable systems, most of which I have edited. Credits are present in this post, as well as in the file names. I would have posted this in the Templates Only thread, but I'm afraid it most likely wouldn't get noticed. Anyway, here they are.
Current-gen home systems:
Wii Template:
http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff71/star89er/WiiTempKoopaDasher-1.png
Front, spine and back by Koopadasher.
PlayStation 3 Template:
http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff71/star89er/PS3TempWickedgamerStar89er.png
Front and back by WickedGamer, spine and back info by Star89er. If you think the transparency is overdone, it's not. They really do look like that.
Xbox 360 Template:
http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff71/star89er/360TempStar89er.png
Front, spine and back by Star89er.
Last-gen home systems:
GameCube Template:
http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff71/star89er/GCNTempLadykillerStar89er-2.png
Front and back by Ladykiller, spine by Star89er.
PlayStation 2 Template:
http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff71/star89er/PS2TempTechne.png
Front, spine and back by Techne.
Xbox Template:
http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff71/star89er/XboxTempElCrazyStar89er-1.png
Front and back by ELCrazy, spine by Star89er.
Current-gen portable systems:
DS Template:
http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff71/star89er/DSTempKoopaDasher.png
Front, spine and back by KoopaDasher. If you think the spine should have plastic, it' shouldn't. They really do look like that.
PSP Template:
http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff71/star89er/PSPTempjevangodStar89er.png
Front, spine and back by jevangod, back info by me.
You must give credit where due. If I have posted a template of yours that you do not wish to be present, by all means, ask me to remove it. That is quite unlikely, because all templates that were completely unedited were already publicly available for anyone to use. Oh, and please leave a comment in this thread saying whether or not this was helpful. I already know the answer.
Enjoy!

i used the 360 temp on my assassins creed box and when i 3d'ed it looked weird. you have probably seen it. the spine looks messed up because its gapped between the front and back of the template.

Do you think for the PSP temp, you can make the copyrigth info better (I can't see the copyrigth info that well and you should remove the black marks on the latters). Try to makeing the copyrigth info look good just like the copyright info on the PS3 temp.

It's not really made for being 3D'ed but if you really want to, you have to remove the plastic, move each part so they're touching, put the baxart under it, save it as a jpeg, and then 3D it here: http://www.imandix.com/enu/coverinfo.htm

I could try once I get back on my other computer, but I would have to retype it. (It doesn't take that long, but it's kind of a pain.)

It's about time we got a decent two sided DS template.

Update! I re-typed the back text on the PSP temp. I changed the ESRB on the back of the Xbox temp to Teen just to match the others, and removed the unnecessary empty space. I also added an ESRB on the back of the 360 temp so you know where to put it. Lastly, I added "1 player" on the back of the GameCube temp after accidentally removing it. Enjoy!

Kind of... Well, not really... Actually, no. I mean like one with proper proportions; that spine is realllyyy skinny. And it doesn't look a whole lot like an actual Games for Windows box.

The dimensions are proper 3-dimensional DVD dimensions, via Imandix

That may be, but they're not proper Games for Windows dimensions. Have you ever seen a GFW box?

I'm surprised there aren't any Platinum/Greatest Hits or Player's Choice templates available. Hmm... *scampers off to do some scanning*

It looks great, it's just that I'm only putting full templates so it needs a spine and a back...

Looks great, but I already put glow sides on the one on the first post. (That is the only thing you edited, right?)
P.S. Anyone think this deserves a sticky?
