Because I noticed EC's banner thread was starting to become more of a request for ANYONE to make a banner for someone else, so I thought, "Why not outsource it?"

If you need an avatar, banner, or whatever, just make a request here. I, along with plenty of other capable people, will try to accommodate you as best we can.

Alright, I can make banners and avis, just as long as they're not animated. I know how to make them animated, but it just ends up taking forever.
