I assume thats because its what /you/ use?

Anyway try this:
If you only have paint, spend alot of time on your boxes; find high res images that you dont have to re-size and work hard at it.
However if you can download something, go to Gimp.org and download Gimp which is a better program, and can help you much more than paint.
If you can buy a program you can look into many different ones:
Paint Shop Pro, Photoshop, Adobe.
Dont just use wallpapers itll deinftly hurt you comment wise.
Dont bump your box.
And remember have fun :)

Sorry Moogle, but paint is a total no-no. If you only have paint, don't even bother designing a box in my opinion. Get photoshop, paintshop, or corel, and if ya can't cuz they're pricey or u don't have them, I suggest gettin gimp cuz its free. But NO PAINT!!! Sorry to say, but I call paint a troll's program.

Anyways, for tutorials how to use these programs, everyone here is practically willing (well in my opinion or at least I hope so). If ur nice, people are nice back, so don't hesitate to ask around for help on how to work a program and tips on how to improve boxes. Good luck!

Ah ok thank you. I still don't get it though... but don't worry I'm not the brightest. OK that all is fine, but how do you like...make the stuff. I know you need a template and I got it but Photoshop won't let me paste it in! Also, do you just get your images off the Internet?
