no the ps3 logo will be on the side of the box and the bluray part will be on the top just to clear iy up for you learn more at ign .com

This thread should be in general and should be made a sticky, bet Ghast is going to come and say I told you it’ll by the side. If someone made as their fan made one, I would complain.

I wouldn't go so far to say that they'll fail because of this, but whomever their Creative Director in the marketing/art department is needs to be kicked in the nuts. I'd take any of the fan made ones on this site over this crap.

Well I wouldn’t be so surprised if they changed it like the boomerang controller; they’re screwed up the price, their E3 conference, the world wide launch, the box art design, what next?

WTF? R:FoM possibly coming to 360? Where the hell did u hear this crap? Insomniac will forever be Sony exclusive..

Assassin's Creed has been confirmed on the 360 though. I never did understand what's so appealing about that game anyway, it looks like garbage to me..

But yeah, this template is fucking horrible.. and putting it on the side!?!? WTF!?

I also hate the idea of the Blu Ray box.. I hate the Blu Ray box.. Keep the friggen DVD box and put the template at the top.. and fix the template it looks like shit. I'd take anyones template from this site over this garbage..

It's definately going to be a more powerful system, but when it comes to the majority of the games that are from 3rd party developers, you wont be able to tell the difference between the PS3 and 360 versions. The reason for that being, that developers wont want to spend the extra time and money making the PS3 version look a whole 5% better.
and about the looks, the 360 looks great IMO, but the whole faceplate thing makes it look horrid. But the PS3 looks kinda like a fax machine or something O_o

while the system ITSELF is powerful, it takes a lot to run a game on it, so it will run much like the 360 (i read that in a PC magazine.)
also, i recently heard Sony is taking away some things, it's rumored Blu-ray may be one of them! :eek:

i doubt it .. BLU Ray cant be tooken away because all of the ps3 games run on blu ray forman

And it wont run like the 360 it runs on cell while 360 runs on ibm chips.

maybe it's fake that was on an real sonic the hedgehog box some time ago it was in blue ray case but the cover was just photoshoped
