Shredded paper effect?

I am currently creating a Dead Space box, but the problem is that I want to make the screenshots in a "shredded" style, like they were made of paper, and then someone just starting ripping and tearing pieces of the paper.

And also, does anyone know a good font for a sci-fi horror game like Dead Space? Can't find it anywhere. :(

Okay note, I don't want to fight right now, but sometimes I feel that if my actions would have been reseted, I would be the one that get shit. Sure that might just be my perception, but I'm sick of getting shit when the only thing you do is ask a question (not counting what I've done in the past).
