How do you update boxes?

I want to update some of my boxes...

Click on, you'll be in a page like that (Exemple with one of my box) : http://img210.imageshack.us/img210/356/helpvgba2yy5.png


Browse in your computer, and that's did !

I do all of that, but It won't let me update because it says that the picture is too small. Why? all I did was take out something, I dint make the picture any smaller than before...
