great pic! but the logo should be bigger, it looks like it's a part of his shirt...that wouldn't be a good thing if you were trying to get past a crowd unotticed :\

I think that the background is to easy. You should add some red glow to the background. Maybe some blured screens or arts. Then it would looks great! And make logo little bit bigger! But not to much!

I think its ready as an update to your last box after you make the Eidos logo 10% bigger
I do not think you need a glow, especially not a white one, it works dark.
