can i please get some help with psp box?

the psp box im workin with is finished, but the size was too small. if i try enlarge it bigger than 700, it looks like crap. can someone help me with how can i enlarge it without killing it?

also could anyone tel me how to turn a psp box into a 3d box? imandix kinda chops it up.
