OK boys and girls, here it is, the moment you've all been waiting for! The VGBA Nintendo WiFi Competition Fall 2007. Here's how it works.
Rules:
Since there is no guarantee that everyone has the games listed, there will be several rounds, for several different games. I will pick the game that will be played each Round. I (or another trusted member) will be a part of every Round, in order to ensure fair judging, but if I am not a competitor in that Round, I will not act as such (in other words, no Red Shells from me ;)). Other than that, the format for this remains the same as that of a regular box competition. The competition will consist of 4 Rounds, one for each game listed below, but not necessarily in that order:
Metroid Prime Hunters
Mario Kart DS
Pokemon Diamond/Pearl
Animal Crossing: Wild World
Each competitor will compete in the Round. If a competitor does not have the game in question, the competitor must convince another member to compete with him/her in another game from the list. The winners and losers will compete in the same format as the boxart competitions.
Time:
The competition will begin the week of August 19th. Please mention below if you would like to join the competition. The competing pairs/groups will be listed in a new thread, listing the time and date of the first Round. Happy gaming!
