Okay, since i have no photoshop at the moment i'm trying to improve my Gimp skills, but theres one thing i can't do, I don't know how to get to blending options If thats impossible someone please teach me how to add a stroke, outer glow, inner glow, drop shadow, etc. so i can add some more boxes, thanx

The blending options, if you're talking about Overlay, Soft Light, Hard Light, etc. You must go to Dialogs > Layers.

Options like Outer Glow and Inner Glow aren't easy to do in GIMP. But you can make them yourself with a drop-shadow. A drop-shadow is accessed through Script-FU > Shadow > Drop-Shadow

I just have the trial. Its AWSOME!!!!!! But its also to expensive for my poverty soaked blood.

I had CS3 but it stopped working. Now I have CS2. I dunno why you want CS3 more than CS2, they are practically the same and CS2 is the most used and I think more user friendly.
