my box image is too small?

Help please. Every time i try to add my two-sided box it keeps saying, 'Your box image is too small for a two sided box! It must be at least 700 pixels wide.' But the template only came in that size and i used it, it took me pretty long to make and i want to add it. Is there anyway i can submit my box!? Please help me, :(.

Just enlarge the finished image to 700 pixles or more.
