how do i save/upload it to this site?

Go to File -> Save Optimized As
and save it as a .gif

Well, when you have your animated PSD file in ImageReady, and you have all of your slides and everything, then click the Optimized tab, then test it (click Play to make sure it works)...if it does, which it should, then Go to 'File' > 'Save Optimized'...then save it to your Desktop (or wherever) as a .GIF file. Then upload it to the site. That should make everything fail-safe. ;)

EDIT: Damn, someone beat me to it...
