Fitler Help

What type of Fitler do i use to make a box to have a survival horror look and feel to it much like this one http://www.vgboxart.com/boxes/PS3/6989-orig.jpg . I need to know because i'm makeing Survival horror box .

Make a new layer. Fill it with black. Add some white noise apply motion blur. Then change layers blending mode to "screen". Then change the whole images blending mode to "Overlay". Well, i think you can also use diffuse glow filter on the image.
