come on dude, do some research and look around the site. there are tons of threads like this. theres a few nifty threads that have tutorials, EG made the simple needs section, Hunter has a thread in which he put tons of work to show people how to make boxes. of course no one else new with the idea of making is gonna look at this so I'm gonna just leave it at this.

If you mean that this site has a program designed for creating boxart on it, no. If you mean use a program like photoshop or gimp (or paint if you wanna make horrible boxes) and maually create it with web images them submit your saved box to the site, yes. Click on add box.
