Rules for the winners of Round 1

Title- Must have Mario in the title.
Console- A Nintendo console
Genre- Any
2D/3D- Any
Front/Full- Full (and a spine if you want, but it is not required).
Other- Every picture must be edited by you in some way. It must be a game staring Nintendo's mascot, Super Mario.

As some of you may have noticed, some of you have been placed in a 3-person match, this is because it doesn't divide out in any other way with 18 players.

This means that more players will lose in this round, but it also means that people must depend on skill more to win, rather than luck.

I think the way I've done it is fair, and the winners of Round 1 still have two chances.

I guess the only way to avoid this for future competitions is to have the total number of participants be divisible by four. e.g. 16, 20, 24 etc. :p

Yes in the title, Mario without the "Super" is ok.

Shadow the Hedgehog would not be acceptable. Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games would be acceptable, also something like "Sonic and Shadow" would be acceptable too.

As long as your box art has Sonic the Hedgehog as a main character and it has Sonic in the title, there shouldn't be any reason I wouldn't accept it.

Expect the matches to be finished by next Monday, the 18th of June. Everytime a pair of competitors finishes their boxes, I will create a thread for them usually as soon as possible. This helps keep things interesting throughout the week.

I consider your point, I will definitely try to get the last matches done before Round 3 begins, which hopefully will be tomorrow. Every ones' voting really helps. However I will not extend the deadline, which helps keep things at a good pace.
