Help with CS2 Transparency

Almost every time I paste something into Photoshop (CS2) that has transparency, the transparency becomes solid black. Why and how do I fix it?

I think i know what he means... you see when you copy and paste an image with transparent backround photshop fills it with black...

You can simply fix this by yust downloading the image and then opening it in photoshop, Then it will have a transparant background and you can simply copy it onto your boxart...

You must save the image first and then open it as a layer within the image.
