lol, after seeing the title "How to cut" I was expecting an Emo instruction guide.

i know how to cut but i find it hard to do some images,look at my Gta 4 box to see my cutting

Use the lasso tool (right click and you'll see one which is squared shaped.. or you could use cutting by using channels, but that's for the more experienced user of Photoshop.. If you wanna use channels, you would had to look up a tutorial about this..
