I fixed up the background, changed the character and started on the back.

This is looking a lot better. The only thing I don't really like is the emptiness on the top of the back.

I like the front but if i could suggest moving the barrel so it is centred over the 007 and see how that looks
Is the back supposed to look like clouds? And i agree with Spiderpig, the top is a bit empty
Also the rating on the back i would try moving that down and seeing how that looks
But overall its pretty good

I filled up the gap on top and put the opening of the gunbarrel behind the logo.
