You can understand more than most, Buell. It's this little thing called final exams. I have a little over a week left in school, and I need to spend it studying. So I'll still do the competition, I just won't be making a box. But if you want in....

What does it have to do with anything, What does it.....? Are you mixing medications. I registered there but the site is dead, and you promised ultra mega amazing kick-ass mind blowing animated experience...

Anyway Koopa if you are having problem cos people dont want to vote simply make time line on how long the voting goes on.
For example make voting time from 04.25.2007 23:59 to 04.27.2007 23:59, and the user that gets most votes in that time wins. That way it doesent even mater if only 1 people voted, cos the winner is person with that one vote

I promised a animation and a website....I know that, but with college, work and other things..it's been tough.

I'm Working real hard on my site and animation as I'm in college working my ass off. Also I been working on my website from the ground up, not from some shitting site like Freeweb or tripod. I'm been working real hard in a small amount of time.

The Site should be up soon as well as the animation. The animation is looking real promising.

So, Man... just lay off for a while...I'm already stress enough.

(also these boxarts only take me 1hr-2hrs to make, so I cool if I be pick....but I rather not)

Definitely self-indulgent but that's not always a bad thing. I wanted to be the host for a while just to add my own individual flavour into this game and I'm not pestering anyone for it, simply flirting with the chance, so why not?

DarthSpazz, I'm not going to kick anyone's arse here I'm afraid. There's barely any material to work with so it will be difficult for me this round, and likely my fellow box artists as well.

I've been calling since before then, check the Spring Contest Round 2 thread. Plus I'm a member of the AB Crew that initiated and "sponsors" the tournaments so I get special privileges. :p

Lol, how many times have you told me to get AIM now? I'm an AIM virgin, I've never used it and I'm frightened by it :( and the same applies to all instant messaging services :( I'll get it though.

I see...but I do agree that EG called it a lonnng time ago, plus he would have done the last one, if lodo didn't do it. ;)

It's sponsor by my soon to be aired site, Cause I started it back in 2006, and it's now a seasonally event.

But you can do the next Winter one or start your own after this event.

....And if you still don't agree, we can have a vote of who will do then next one. (that would be fair)

ok well I still don't understand about the sponsor thing but I understand how they'd want a long-time member to host it plus mine wasn't really a box-art comp was it
also EG i agree with AB i have a site i'm making and AIM helps its fast so you can have conversations about it even if there across the globe and you don't have to refresh constantly

The sponsoring stuff is not to be taken in a literal way, it's just tongue-in-cheek and just an excuse for PunisherAB to have his name attached to the competitions that evolved from his original idea. There's really no money involved in these threads because it'd be crazy like you implied before. You can think of it as an in-joke.

what is that supposed to mean ? seasonally event :rolleyes: seriously though your site is JUST a site and not a major TV channel , it well only have some small flash stuff and comics which isn't exactly something new .

That not my site, that my forum...my site is made from the ground up and that is as professional as it can gets, plus I do have in my web sevice a vBulletin program and other cool fuctions as well. Cpanel is a Professional Program.

I meant, the tourment is Sesoanal, not my site. =P

I just like saying Airing more that opening, sound cooler...plus it does mean the same thing. :rolleyes: It all just smooth talk for media. :D

Also my site is just part of my cretive stuff, like webcomics and animations, graphics, etc. I just make it sound big here, cause for the 90% of the reviewer on staff are from here. =)

Also when I finally get everthing done, I will be done with this site for good. It's sad really, but I will leave when my site is 100% done.
