Did you read the 2nd post? Because otherwise it does have a background,I feel the white brings across a mafia style approach. I also didn't want it to come across as too over the top,and wanted it a little minamilistic. Any ideas to improve the back?

I like the front, but I'm not very fond of the back.

The tagline should be in front of the mafia man and that text box is a bit too bright. The template on the back also looks messed up a bit. Try and fix those.
