Lived up to your hype, it was fantastic I was impressed.
I completed the games involved excluding Earthworm and KH2, you got good tastes, 2 isn’t out in the Uk yet but I’m coicendentially re-playing through the first game in anticipation the sequel I was definitely in the right mood.
It’s only the intro so no one should overestimate it.
Can’t wait to see the next parts, I encourage you to do them.
I like the whole sprite and framed style.

The only thing I didn’t like is that Mickey’s castle looked quite bland compared to the design to the quirky one in the game.
You didn’t need to include my box, I’m blushing.

wow. i was very impressed. the box was good enough, but to have an animation to go along with it is fantastic!
I have to say though, if that were a real game, wouldn't it be sort of awkward for sora and friends to talk to mario, luigi etc. and all they get in response is silence or scrolling text boxes? :P
it was great though, i can't wait for pt 2 =D

Hate is such a strong word, Kingdom hearts has done nothing to be deserving of hate, its just not a game for you.
;)

EDIT: Mr Buell out of interest, how long did this take? I've only had briefing experience with Flash.

It took me an Month to make it. (but if I did it non-stop, it's would take me 2-3 weeks, thank good for breaks. :D)

Also I Use Flash 8, by last small projects for school used Flash MX.
