Anyone know how to record gameplay videos on XBOX 360 for PC playback?

One of the easier ways to achieve this would be to, record your televsion with a Digital Camera with 6.0 Mega Pixels and up.

Capture Card would be your best choice.
I have a dazzle and it works fine, but I'm upgrading soon.
