New UT3 2.0 patch and Titan Bonus Pack brings us to a new set of wallpapers. My first one in this new set will be the Titan Wallpaper. I made a few subtle texture, color and focal changes to the original image, as well as adding in the logo and disclaimer. The second wallpaper is CTF-Shaft featuring Reaper. The third is an homage to the new menu and splash for the game. All three wallpapers come in several desktop resolutions, ranging from 1024x768 to 1920x1200. Please let me know if you require a resolution not listed here.

Thanks goes out to Epic Games for creating this awesome new content and for allowing me to use their incredible artwork. They were recently kind enough to loan me some pieces parts from deep within their developmental archives.

Edit:/ I made a few changes to the clarity and coloring on the splash wallpaper. I enhanced the vivacity a few ticks to better bring out the logo.

Enjoy!

My god. Wallpapers for my favourtie PC game. These are awesome.

I'd like you to try Crysis wallpapers. With your skills, judging from these images, it could end up being literally awesome.

Aww shucks, thanks guys. I lucked out. Epic emailed me some awesome imagery to use, so I can't take too much credit here other than composition and finalization.

I used to own in this game! this patch and pack are really late, so i doubt too many people will really care, but if they have the console version and for some unknown reason hasnt traded it in, then they will probabaly pick it back up for this.

UT3 was a great game out of the box. But it was plagued with quite a few issues than many folks found to be deal breakers. The way I see it, if you had the game of PC or PS3, now is the time to get it reloaded. If you sold it or tossed it in the garbage, this patch probably wouldn't do anything for you anyways. But with the new Steam integration, the patch and bonus pack can regenerate the community, I hope. Well, at least to some extent.

I use a mix of Photoshop, Painter and Lightroom. I also use a digital tablet when needed.

I use Paint .Net

The Gimp is free. It is very robust and is fairly comparable to Photoshop. It isn't an exact replacement program for Photoshop, but Gimp is much more powerful than Paint.net.

Also, if you want a free painting program, ArtRage is pretty decent.
