In need of an opinion...

My laptop broke (my fault because I'm the one who got pissed and smashed it). I know. I'm an idiot...so, I have this WIP I've been working on. I can't continue it, because all the materials needed to make it are now gone (they were in the laptop). *sigh* what should I do...? :( Besides; I spent a LOT of effort in this one. Oh well...

Start over fresh.

I know it sounds lame but whenever this has happened to me, (losing all my stuff), I go back and find my materials and I even find some material I might have missed. I then go forward with developing my covers and I end up making a better box in the end.

the community consists of about 30 people, and threads aren't made often. All WIPs there get noticed, thats a current fact. And once the box passes there, you can submit it straight to the main VGBA.

About the box, yes its quite awesome! It looks superb!

Yea...it's gonna be hard, though. But its worth it. I love making box arts. To be honest, I was actually about to quit after I smashed my laptop. But the reason why it was broken in the first place is a story for another day...

Even if you threw your laptop up against a wall, the hard drive shouldn't be ruined. I'd save it, and perhaps, bet it installed into your computer or buy a $5.00 external USB laptop HD case from ebay.

AS for the box, it rocks. Now only if it were 3D.

But you don't understand. The screen is all cracked. When you turn it on, all you see is random colors. Everything is screwed up... :(
