I'd say Rasengan is underrated. He does have talent, but a lot of us here don't "want" to recognize it. A long with Rasengan, I'd say CrazyJP, The Slyder, JangoJoeWells(REALLY UNDERRATED), Chibi Cloud, Soundwave, etc. There's a lot here, for a lot of different reasons.
