There's already a game called Capcom X Namco, it's an RPG that didn't make it out to the states.

I wouldn't use Goku for this fighting game style game that you're coming up with, he's not even licensed by bandainamco, atari has the rights to release dragonball z games.

I would look at the box for Marvel Vs Capcom and Capcom vs SNK for some inspiration.

The green background is lame looking

I like the concept a lot, but it needs work

Not to shabby for a third, but this can be epic if you do it right.
