Problem with submitting

Hey, ive got no problems with creating boxes but with submitting.
Yesterday at 17 o clock i submitted my last box.
And now i want to upload another, but: Error: You have already submitted a box within the past 24hrs. Please try again later.
Why?I mean that are now 25 hours and 40 minutes ...

Try again later....that happens with artists in their first week of submitting. It's probably just a time zone issue.
